Envelope `code`; Access Key and openApp related codes
Success is code "0". Failures are still HTTP 200 + envelope — inspect code / msg.
Access Key admission (E0731x)
When the app forces Access Keys, payment methods may be blocked before business logic:

E07315 | Scope does not allow this API | e.g. clerk calling refund |
